As we enter graduation season- we want to give a quick shoutout to a couple of our graduating seniors!

Kylie and Michael have graduated the BOCES Culinary Program and have been working with our team for a few months now! Looking forward to continuing this partnership with the BOCES program, as they help prepare young adults for real world experience in trades!

A farewell, to a great friend!

Today we would like to bid farewell to a very good friend, and life long community supporter in our local culinary scene!

Paul has left quite the mark on our areas restaurants over the years. Writing literature, promoting small businesses through STIR, and being a frequent patron. If you know Paul, you know the impact he has had!
