This is fabulous still cider is a co-ferment of fresh apple cider with Viognier grapes from Pieri Farm & Vineyard. When you drink it, you will taste a crisp, dry cider with flavor notes of a natural white wine. It’s a limited run so come in and taste it this weekend before it’s done for the year.

What a beautiful colored cider! This is our Blueberry Ginger Cider, ABV 8%. We ferment whole blueberries for about a month with our cider and then make a syrup out of ginger and lemon grass. The result is a blueberry forward semi dry cider with a hint of warmth from the ginger.
