Paan will be teaching a cooking class at the Ely Folk School this Saturday, May 9, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. It's a wonderful traditional dish called Pa-Lo, not spicy but a very flavorful pork dish, somewhat similar to our Honey Pork recipe we served on the food trailer. It's a favorite of her's, one that she learned at a young age and was a family tradition that she was happy to make for family when she came to America. Check out the sign-up at the Ely Folk School website. We hope to see you there!

Hello everyone! After four summers we’ve decided to take some time off this year to spend time with family, canoeing, and traveling. (I am writing this from Talkeetna, Alaska.) Hopefully, at the end of the summer we’ll know more about next year. We thought all winter about whether to open this year or not. We really miss our customers! Have a great summer!

Today is the last Farmer’s Market and our last day of the season! And we have Spring Rolls and Mango Sticky Rice!

We will be closed today. We sold so much food Friday and Saturday that we are out of sauces - pad Thai sauce, satay sauce, fried rice sauce, sweet and sour sauce and more. That, and well, it’s Paan’s birthday!
