We've been on the go since March, from catering to traveling to events and such. Our August schedule will be a little less hectic and maybe a vacation will be in store for us. We will be setting up at the CAL RANCH Parking lot on Saturday. Pa is going to be in Owyhee next week with the mini pa's. The events to look for us is going to be at Eureka County Fair August 6-9th, the Mountain Home Food Truck Friday, August 21st and the 22 at Mountain Home Speedway. We will not be at Numuga Pow-wow this year but were hoping to be at Sacred Visions. See you soon.

Ely Shoshone Pow-wow is under the books for 2026 Sold Out Saturday and Sunday.The pow-wow committee had out done themselves with the beautiful arbor and turf, the best choice of host drum Red Hoop Singers never disappoint. The dancers gracefully dancing their style. We headed home with music humming in our ears. We were called the World Famous Ndn Taco truck lol. Stopped in Wells and people asked if we were going to sale now. Lol.... I also wanted to thank the Ely Tribe for giving vouchers to the elders for meals. We collected a good amount. Overall, we are extremely blessed. See you Elko this weekend we will be at Cal Ranch on Saturday from 10 to 8 pm.

Good morning people we are up and ready! It was a super slow day for Friday. Surprised that I got to watch a little bit of the pow-wow and listen my all time favorite Red Hoop singing those awesome songs. Keep your self hydrated today it's gonna be hot. Saturday July 18th, we had made it to 7 p.m. with less than 2 tacos left to sell. Almost sold out, thanks everyone for coming out with so may taco sales around town. The little ma's ran the trailer with help of grandpa well I had a little break. My 13 year old Niecy is getting close to mastering my Fry Bread skills, she is definitely getting better every time. Many surprised customers that received this enormously delight!!! Ely we are headed your way next weekend.

What's happening Elko? There are tons of things going on! We have changed our location because of the Awesome On Hook Fish and Chips setting at CAL RANCH Parking Lot. So instead of roasting at the park, we have decided to set-up at the other location for a short time today, State Farm Parking Lot! Shout to a dedicated follower who was lucky enough to stop by yesterday at the park to eat his Indian Burger, Tim thank you for your support and safe travels back to Wendover. We are thankful for many of you Ma and Pa. Closed next week as we prepare for our big event in Ely Nevada.

Sorry! We just noticed that the best fish off the hook will be in town on Saturday July 18th. We will reserve their date and we will move our set up to August 2nd at Cal Ranch. Resume on park location for Friday and Saturday. Then we will be heading to Ely next weekend. Thank you
