📝 Placing an Order
• A minimum of 2 weeks notice is preferred for all orders
• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability

💰 Payment Policy
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking
• Orders are not confirmed until the retainer is received
• Remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery
