I had the pleasure of making this cake for a special young lady graduating high school. The flavor requested was white chocolate raspberry. I absolutely enjoyed and loved making this cake!!!! This is one of my favorites to date!! Let me know what you think in the comments! First photo is the inspiration and the second is what i made. The customer asked for lavender insteadd of pink and wanted gold on it. They wanted a 2 tier not 3.

Here is the completed cake and cupcakes!! So worth staying up til 2am! The smash cake is chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream with a stabalized whipped cream for the icing. The cupcakes are chocolate and lemon with the same stabalized whipped cream icing. Absolutely no buttercream here! All the fondant leafs are made by hand and the animals are toys.

This was my first time doing an ice cream cake and not using buttercream. It turned out so pretty! I always enjoy being able to make someoneā€™s special day even more specialšŸ„°.
