Our dine-In restaurant is temporarily closed but NOT THE FOOD TRUCK.
For the past few years, Muddy Tiger Bistro has been so much more than a restaurant to us. It’s been a dream we took a leap of faith on—a place where we've celebrated birthdays, shared food that reminded many of you of home, and, most importantly, met incredible people. Many of you became regulars, and so many became lifelong friends.
But running a small independent restaurant is about so much more than cooking. It’s rising costs, staffing challenges, endless bills, and hoping enough people walk through the door each day. Lately, that weight has become harder and harder to carry.
After many sleepless nights, difficult conversations, and more tears than I ever expected, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to temporarily pause our dine-in restaurant as we rethink what Muddy Tiger should look like moving forward.
This isn’t goodbye. ❤️
It’s a chance to step back, breathe, and rebuild in a way that makes sense today. My heart is telling me to focus on what we do best—our food truck, catering, and hopefully a simpler carryout model that lets us continue serving the food you love.
I’m sharing this because I believe small businesses should be honest about the journey. Behind every neighborhood restaurant is someone carrying far more than most people realize. Sometimes the strongest decision is knowing when it’s time to adapt.
To everyone who has supported Muddy Tiger—whether you’ve dined with us, hired us for catering, visited our food truck, or simply cheered us on—thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve meant more to us than words can express.
This isn’t the end of Muddy Tiger Bistro. It’s simply a pause... and the beginning of a new chapter.
In the meantime, we'd love to see you at our food truck! 🚚❤️ Check out our schedule on our website (just scroll down a bit).
Thank you for believing in Muddy Tiger. ❤️
