🌴🔥 A little rain couldn’t stop the Green Mountain Jerk vibes! 🔥🌴

As the fall weather starts settling in, we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who still came out and supported us. What could’ve been a gloomy, rainy day turned into another fun, family-friendly afternoon.

And apparently the food is no longer the only attraction 😂 … John was out here giving the kids their very own Green Mountain staches! The pictures say it all. 😂💚

Seeing families laughing, bellies filled and kids having fun 🥰…. Thank you for supporting Green Mountain Jerk and helping us turn these Sundays into more than just food.

❤️ A Little Green Mountain Jerk Appreciation Post 🇯🇲

The Sunday morning didn’t exactly start according to plan. 😅 The wind/rain had other ideas and I lost my tent before Green Mountain Jerk could even get set up! 🌧️💨

But what happened afterward reminded me why I appreciate this community so much.

Before I knew it, community member . rallied and loaned me a tent so I could keep going and get set up for the day. That might seem like a small gesture, but when you’re trying to build something new, those moments mean a lot. And thanks also to and for being ready at a moments notice to jump in if something else went wrong

Thank you to everyone who continues to stop by, buy a plate, share a post, recommend Green Mountain Jerk, or simply offer words of encouragement. 🇯🇲❤️

The continued support from this community has been incredible. It makes it that much more encouraging to keep trying new things improving what I’m doing, and seeing where this little idea can go.

Green Mountain Jerk is still growing, learning, and experimenting and having a community willing to support that journey makes all the difference.

After a much-needed weekend off to restock on spices and get everything ready, Green Mountain Jerk is back!

Now… I’ve been hearing some folks say:

“The jerk is GOOD… but it’s not spicy enough!” 👀🌶️😂

Say less.

This Sunday I’m introducing my homemade Caribbean hot sauce, made the way I remember my grandmother making it growing up. Fresh, flavorful, and for those who want that EXTRA HEAT! 🔥🔥🔥

And there’s something else new on the menu…

🍗 JAMAICAN-STYLE FRIED CHICKEN! 🇯🇲

With KFC closed, you still need somewhere to get your finger-licking-good chicken… except we’re trying to make it BETTER! 😏😂

No Green Mountain Jerk pop-up this Sunday, September 6th, the jerk seasoning jar is looking a little too empty! 😂

We’ll be taking the weekend to restock some spices and get everything ready for the next cookout.

Parking Instructions

Please follow the parking layout shown above to help keep everyone safe. This is more of a preventative measure than anything else, we simply want to avoid anyone having to back out onto Route 14. The goal is for everyone to enjoy some good food, good vibes, and make it home with a smile!

Enter the property using the entrance/exit road shown on the map.
Continue to the designated PARKING area on the grass, which will be marked with tires.
If you are parking along Route 14, please park facing outward toward the road so you can safely pull forward when leaving. PLEASE DO NOT back out onto Route 14. Take a moment to maneuver and turn around before exiting.
Once you're parked, just follow the music and your nose toward the food and gathering area! 😄

Thank you all for the continued support and patience as we work out these little logistics while growing our Sunday backyard cookout. We appreciate you helping us keep it safe, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone!
