Every burger at Sear + Savor starts with fresh, hand-rolled Double R Ranch 80/20 fine ground beef — smashed to order, never frozen, never mass-produced.

Last weekend, you all showed UP and we sold 651 burgers 😳 so this week we rolled enough for 702. Once they’re gone… they’re gone.

We know our burgers aren’t “cheap burgers.” That’s because we don’t build them like cheap burgers.

Opening weekend at came in HOT. 🤘🏼

Huge lines, sold-out days, wild wait times, and Boise showing up like it had been personally assigned to stress-test our entire operation.
