UPDATE- Water is running clearer now. Just got off the phone with FGUA and was told they are awaiting results from independent testing, hopefully to come later today. So fingers crossed we will be open tomorrow! Yay!

So our water is still not ok. Bowl is start up ( cant see but there is sediment in it ) and next two containers are 10 min of running on full blast and then 20 min running on full blast. Small container in front is bottled water for comparison. ( Update just checked at 30 min and still the same ) We cannot operate with unsafe/contaminated water. Per health code we would have to use bottled/boiled water for everything from handwashing to dishes. That is not a feasible option sadly. We pride ourselves on having a clean and safe place for people to eat, and we will not risk anyone's health. So until this gets cleared and we get the ok from FGUA we will remain closed. ( I will be contacting them after posting this ) Maybe open tomorrow 5/30 but we shall see. Fingers crossed. Thanks for understanding.

UPDATE : FGUA finished repairs at 12:45am, and the precautionary boil water notice is still in effect for today. Waiting for the all clear and hope to be open tomorrow 5/29. Thanks for understanding.

So after considering the logistics of dealing with a boil water notice we decided to not open today out of caution. ( Would have to boil water to do dishes etc. ) Hope to have it lifted by tomorrow, so we can serve yall some good food! Thanks!

PSA - FGUA is working on the water in our area. So there are possible interruptions and boil water notice. We will most likely be limited WED/THUR because of this. We want to make sure we follow all precautions, while serving yall great food. Thanks!
