Well fridges are still acting funky. Buuuuut, we are open today till the food we have is gone! Have everything but ribs! Cmon down and get some grub!!

Fridges went out, again! Caught it early so saved everything. Tech coming later today to assess. Fingers crossed we open Fri/Sat.

So our main meat fridge will not get below 40°. In light of that we are just shutting down this week, getting everything fixed (again) and opening next week. Sorry yall we tried our best for this week but it didnt work out. Here's to next week and yall have a great weekend ❤️

Update on the fridge situation.
Fridge one got fixed last night and is running icy cold today. So fixed! 🎉
Fridge 2 is running today, but before I fill it up I want to make sure it will hold below 40° and not lose a fridge full of meat again. So we will still be closed Friday 7/31. I will be checking early Friday morning to see if temps are holding, and if so will be restocking to open on Saturday!
If not I will have to get someone out to service it as I have exhausted my HVAC troubleshooting knowledge. Fingers crossed it is holding strong tomorrow! Again sorry for anyone looking forward to getting food the last couple days, we are working hard to get back and running! Thanks!

Well turns out my meat cooler had an issue also. All my meat was above 40°. I dont know for how long so out of caution I will not cook/serve any of it. Going to take stock of what was lost and come up with a plan. As of now we will be closed today 7/29 and 7/30 ( Doctor apt. ). Hope to open for the weekend. Stay tuned.
