Our guava & cream cheese dessert pizza brings together sweet guava marmalade, creamy cheese, and golden NY-style crust, finished with powdered sugar. Inspired by the quesitos and guava pastelitos I love! 😋

Made in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month… but who knows, it might be here to stay! 😉😋 Come try it and tell us, should we keep it on the menu?

Huge shout out to Dan the Man with Famous Restaurant Equipment. I called him at 2pm with an emergency situation where the door had completely fell off one of our prep coolers. He gave me some pricing on some available units and After a few hours of trying to mess with fixing the door, we decided that purchasing a new one was the correct way to go. I called him back at 4:30 and told him I needed it as soon as possible. He showed up in a U-haul truck at 7pm in the middle of a dinner rush and saved the day. Now that is customer service at its finest. If there’s anything any of my fellow restaurant owners need, do not hesitate to reach out to Dan, he will go above and beyond each and every time. Thank you sir.

🍕 We’re hiring experienced pizza makers!

Downtown Pizza & Sportsbar is a New York–style pizzeria, and we’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional pizza-making experience who can hand toss dough and keep up in a fast-paced kitchen.

Hand tossing is essential for this position. We don’t roll our dough out on a table, so applicants should already be comfortable stretching and tossing pizzas by hand.
