❄️ Hop Shattering: Fresh Hop Magic ❄️

When our fresh hops arrive from the fields, we take them through a unique brewing process called hop shattering. Using liquid nitrogen, we freeze the hops solid and then shatter them so the lupulin glands explode.

Why does that matter? Lupulin is where all the aromatics and flavor live — the sticky yellow powder packed with oils and resins. Shattering unlocks more of it, giving you a beer that’s brighter, juicier, and bursting with that straight-from-the-field hop character you can only get this time of year. Find a couple of our fresh hop beers at our pub locations (excluding Dundee and Astoria) this afternoon! 🍻
