Wow Duluth, this is insane. You all are amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful!!! We ran out of bagels today!! We made over 1,000 bagels each day and they are somehow all gone!!!

We have been waiting for this for a long time, and it feels so good to finally have people in our space, eating our food, drinking coffee, hanging out, and making the shop feel alive.

We really had no idea what to expect from these first couple days, and somehow you all keep blowing every expectation we had out of the water.

We are so busy that we are literally running out of flour.

So we’re going to be closed tomorrow to regroup, restock, and get ready for the weekend.

Thank you for showing up for us. We have been waiting for this, and it really feels like you have too.

We’ll see y’all Saturday.

A little sneak peek at what we’ve been working on.

We’ve got an awesome core crew ready to welcome you in on Wednesday, and we’re looking for a few more people to grow with us.

We’re hiring bakers and apprentice bakers. No baking experience necessary. If you’re excited to learn, work hard, and help us make a whole lot of bagels, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply through the LinkedIn link in our bio.

See you Wednesday.
