$10 lb for pork
$25 per Slab.

Get your turkey orders in now. $65 if we provide the bird (17+lbs) or $50 of you provide. $20 deposit due Before Friday the 22nd. Will be hot and fresh of the smoker. Doing limited amount this year so get in early to save your spot!

This will be the third year in a row I have had the pleasure to cook some briskets for the Friendship Feast here in Dodge City. This was the first year I got to help serve and raise money for them. We sold out by 1pm and made some good coin for the church. Even made me a new friend/helper. Thank you to all who came out!! Shout out to the Wife Tiffany for the awesome cook shirt.

Coming to a parking lot near you! Happy to announce we have took the leap and bought a food trailer. Thank you to every one who has pushed us to do our best and push forward in life. We couldn’t do it would Out the support. Very special thank you to Tiffany and Zephyr for putting up with all the late nights long weekends and general as****es we can be. Lastly gotta thank our biggest outside help and support. Susan and Cory y’all are amazing!

Smoked out BBQ will be doing Smoked Turkey an Hams for Thanksgiving again this year.
Turkey average about 17/18 pounds 40$
Hams average about 7/8 pounds 40$
If you would like to pre order your spot you may contact Raymond P Blackburn or Ryan Hamilton. We do ask for half of the money up front an the other on the day you pick up. We have limited spots so you better hurry.
