Starting my 2 week hiatus with some gluten-free biscuits & gluten-free pumpkin muffins (no nuts).

Fun fact about my gluten-free biscuits- it took me a few months to get my biscuits the look & texture I wanted & that my gf customers would enjoy! I actually can't tell a difference in the taste from my regular biscuits. They just don't rise as much so I have to leave them taller when prepping.

A lot of people are getting into the fall baking- I actually have always kept pumpkin muffins & breads on my menu because I have a few gluten-free customers who enjoy my pumpkin muffins year-round.

Reminder I will be on vacation this week- and technically next week.

Just a reminder life will be busy for me now- Sept 14th!

Heading on a getaway next week- then week after my son is getting married.

I will do another cake raffle later in September. Thank you for those who participated in August. I have a few orders in September on the books.

I'm opening up for a couple orders for October. Booked first 2 weekends in October. I will do another cake raffle in October as well.

Holidays? I'm still trying to decide on what that will look like. I know my seasoned customers will get first grabs for booking. Meaning those who ordered from me every Thanksgiving/Christmas-

I am still keeping my work load light. Been resting my hand & enjoying life a bit.
