We've officially launched our new Venue Only Rental options at Venue 31!

Since we have opened our doors, we've welcomed everything from birthday parties and bridal showers to networking events, workshops, meetings, pop-ups, and celebrations of all kinds.

One thing we've learned? Sometimes you don't need a fully planned experience—you just need a beautiful space to make your vision come to life.

That's why we've introduced flexible rental options:

✨ 2 Hours — $300
✨ 4 Hours — $450
✨ 8+ Hours — $600

Every rental includes:
✔️ Private venue access for up to 75 guests
✔️ Tables & chairs
✔️ Setup & cleanup time built into your rental
✔️ Downtown Dickinson location
✔️ One event per day policy

Whether you're hosting a baby shower, training, graduation party, team meeting, holiday gathering, or creating something completely unique, Venue 31 is designed to be a blank canvas for your next event.
