Me gusta hacer galletas francesas que se llaman macarrones. Los macarrones son echas de almendras, claras de huevo y azúcar. Su sabor de la galleta viene de el relleno que suelo cambiar durante la temporada. Me gusta mesclar sabores de mi propia cultura con estas galletas francesas para darles mi propio toque. Espero que les agrade! :)

Hi! My name is Vane. I bake French pastries called macarons. They are very different from your common cookie. Macarons are made from blanched almonds, egg whites and sugar. Most of their flavor come from the filling which I often change throughout the seasons. I like to mix my own culture's favorite flavors with these pastries and make them my own. I hope you enjoy! :)
