Today is day one.
Today I walked/jogged 2 miles.
First I briskly walked 3/4 of a mile,
Carrying a 3 pound weight in each hand.
While walking fast, I did various arm exercises with the weights.
For the next 1/4 mile, I jogged.
Rested for 30 seconds.
Then 20 incline push-ups.
Rested for 30 seconds.
Then 10 squats.
~~~Then I repeated that, all of that!

I feel great.
Just went grocery shopping for very healthy and sensible meals/snacks!!!

This is MY year.

Happy New Year!! 2015 has already started out beautifully!!! Every where I look, I see art... In the trees. In the clouds. In a stained concrete sidewalk.
I'm happy to be alive and I'm thankful for everything around me 😁

Hi Facebook Family! It's getting closer to Christmas. I see the hustle and bustle all around me! This year I'm dialing it down for Friends and Family gifts so I can help to make Christmas brighter for others who need a little helping hand.
I'm starting a small project and if you would like to be a Christmas Angel for a family that I personally know... Please comment below.
The family has six children. 3 boys and 3 girls. Ranging in ages 4-13. There are a few different ways to help. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Please read the comments for more information!
