About 14 years ago, my Grandma Debbie was in her kitchen baking homemade sugar cookies for her Christmas party. I was sitting at the counter with my sister eating her cookie dough, while she told us how she had always wanted to open a bakery and name it "The Sugar Shack." Three years later, my grandma was diagnosed with breast cancer, so she was unable to open her own business with the time she ha

d left to live. Ever since the day she mentioned her dream to me, I had considered and dreamed of starting my own bakery. It didn't take long for me to pick up baking, so I decided to carry on my grandma's dream by starting this bakery.
