We’re so ready for vibrant fall colors, chill weather, crunchy leaves, and that smell in the air. You can help us decorate the shop for fall!! Pick a leaf, acorn, pinecone and coloring for us! Want free hand your own? We’ve got paper for that! Want to make something at home to add, bring it in! Add your crafty good to our leaf bag. We’re hoping to make a garland to string across our front counter space. The more we get, the more garland we make!

Years ago Dolly collaborated with a nationally known brand to make the Strawberry Pretzel Pie ice cream. I knew I needed to try it. I also knew I couldn’t afford to order it to be shipped to my house more than once. So I decided to make my own version, and I think I made it well. Try this tangy vanilla cream cheese forward ice cream, with a swirl of house made strawberry jam and pieces of a salty crunchy pretzel crust.

We have to celebrate Dolly! She was an icon. She lead her life with so much humanity, kindness, and inclusion. We could all benefit from a little more of that these days.

Come get your own scoop or pint! We’re open 2 to 9 today. We’ll have it in the dipping case all weekend in case you don’t make it in today. Hope to see your faces soon!

Hey there ! We've decided to honor Hispanic Heritage Month by featuring a few flavors from Spanish speaking countries. Our flavors may change to diversify the multitude of culinary cultures that span these countries. We're starting with Gansito - a chocolate covered cake with vanilla cream and strawberry jam, Horchata - a drink of rice, almonds, and cinnamon often enjoyed to offset spicy food, and Watermelon ice cream - a subtle sweetness sometimes enhanced with a chili lime salt. We think you'll like these ones. Come get a scoop!

Today’s a special day in Beth’s family. And all you Scoops by Beth fans are now family too! So join us in celebrating Shaw Family Ice Cream Day! It’s Grandma Norma’s birthday. She was the OG ice cream maker. Celebrate by having ice cream at least once today.

Our apologies that the shop is closed today. Beth needed to take a minute, and today feels like an okay day for that. Stay tuned to see how she’s celebrating! Cheers all!
