Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen is an authentic bagel store in Denver, Colorado that specializes in the best New York City-style bagels outside of the tri-state area. Our bagels are prepared using traditional New York City methods paired with the finest local and natural ingredients and specially replicated New York City water. We serve fast, fresh, hot or cold bagel sandwiches, bagels by the dozen, in addition to gourmet smoked fishes, house-made spreads, and high-end coffee products.

In 2019, Governor Jared Polis officially proclaimed October 3rd as Rosenberg’s Bagels Day in Colorado — and today we’re proud to celebrate again with our community.

We were honored to welcome both Governor Jared Polis (who first declared the holiday) and Colorado Attorney General (currently running for Governor) to celebrate with us and our incredible staff.

From day one, our mission has been about more than bagels — it’s about care, community, and bringing authentic New York–style tradition to Denver. Thank you for being part of the Rosenberg’s family and for making every October 3rd extra special. 💙✡️

The Heebster is our nostalgic nod to the iconic sandwich at Russ & Daughters in NYC, where Josh used to go with his grandfather. 🗽💛
