Swing Nights Learn to Swing Dance with Swing Nights! We host Lindy Hop, Charleston, and vernacular Jazz dance classes and socials in Denver, CO. Community is our purpose.

TUESDAYS:

6 pm Beginning Lindy Hop! This month long series explores the grandfather of all swing dances! You'll learn 6- and 8-count rhythms, Charleston, and a new set of dips and tricks e

ach month! Lindy Hop is a little more challenging than our Basic Jitterbug classes, but is well worth the effort. ($35/4-week session, drop-in $10/per class)

7 pm Intermediate Lindy Hop! Classes will be focusing on fun, socially leadable moves that you can show off at the dance! Join us for some fun new material! ($35/4-week session, drop-in $10/per class)

8 pm Open dance for only $12! (Take a class, save $2 off cover)

Join us TONIGHT (8/16) for lessons, live music, and a whole lot of dancing. Bianca and the Flyboys are hitting the road with Swing Nights' "Mercury Cafe On Tour!"

Tonight the Tour is Truckin' on down to the Forney Museum of Transportation, a unique, non-profit that showcases the history of transportation over the last century. The museum is open to browse, included with the price of admission!

Bring your friends and family! All the swing you can handle.
Beginners welcome. No partner needed. Just show up.

Learn the Tranky Doo, a vintage swing-era choreography so classic, it's a veritable dictionary of early Jazz movement! Much more than a mere line dance, if you love rhythm, moving with rhythm, or just finding new ideas to throw into your partner dancing, then this workshop is for you. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just beginning to explore your own movement, we'll guide you through the Tranky Doo from A-Z, and break down all of the steps so you can perfect them and strut your stuff the next time you're on the dance floor.

This is a 3-hour workshop so wear comfortable clothes that you feel great moving in! We'll be moving at a fast pace, so come ready to LEARN! Also recommended: a water bottle, snacks, notebook, towel, and positive energy!

NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES, Bring your own water bottle, bags checked at the door, be kind to security staff, and stay home if you feel unwell! Be safe, have fun! 8-close, $15.
