Have you seen the viral 100% rye bread from NYC? 🍞 You don’t need to travel to New York or spend $60 on a loaf to try it. 😉

I’m now offering my own 100% rye bread right here in Broward, made with imported German flour and just rye, water, salt and lots of time. No unnecessary extras just a traditional, hearty rye bread. 🇩🇪🤎

Good morning! ☀️ Pre-orders for Saturday are officially OPEN! 🥨🇩🇪

I also wanted to share a little update with you. You may have noticed that some of my prices have increased.

The cost of high-quality ingredients, especially the German ingredients I import, has gone up significantly. I’ve also recently moved my baking into a commercial kitchen in Sunrise, near Sawgrass Mills.

This is an exciting step for my little bakery because it gives me the opportunity to grow, offer you more, and continue improving what I do without compromising on quality.

As a German baker, the quality of my ingredients is extremely important to me. I carefully select what goes into my breads and baked goods, and I would rather use fewer, better ingredients than compromise on what I believe in.

Thank you for understanding, for supporting my small business, and for continuing to appreciate handmade German baking. It truly means so much to me. ❤️

We officially made the move! 🎉🤎 Things are still a little hectic as we get settled into our new place, so September will have fewer pickup dates than usual. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
