Breakfast Bowl gluten free (3 eggs, roasted peppers, onions, bacon, sausage, cheese over crispy potatoes) $12 Gluten free

FTSK B Bowl gluten free ( 3 eggs, onion, jalapeno and roasted red peppers, cheese and our homemade rojo sauce over rice and black beans) $12 Gluten free

Cinnamon Vanilla pancakes (3 with real maple syrup) $7

Egg and cheese $6
Add onions and peppers $1

Masa Wrap $10
Grilled chicken, masa, rice, black beans, rojo sauce, corn chips, sour cream in a wrap or bowl (bowl is GF)

Falafel or Chicken Pita $13
Warm pita, house made hummus, tzatziki & tahini, marinated tomatoes, our sweet pickled onions and feta (our pita is vegan) as a bowl over greens this is gluten free

Chicken Sandwich $12
Cheese, applewood bacon, pepper jelly
Or
Bbq sauce, cheese, applewood bacon, sweet pickled onions served on an Amoroso Kaiser roll

Our breakfasts have what it takes to get you going! All sandwiches and bowls served with 3 eggs and the freshest ingredients. Peppers and onions grown in pesticide and chemical free gardens. And don’t forget the homemade jellies and jams

We truly believe fresh food makes a difference. We know exactly where our food comes from and when it was harvested. Nourishment for the body, mind and soul. We start everything from seed in February. Gardens hand tended, no chemicals or pesticides ever. Just a glimpse of what we are picking fresh for you!!!
