Before y'all even start...YES, I know the "before" was nice...however it wasn't what I wanted for myself.

I used to want the 🍑 Thick/Juicy/BBL look, but as I get older, those just aren't my goals anymore.
✨️✨️✨️
I quickly learned that I prefer a Leaner 💪🏽 more Fit build and as a very short person, I'm far more comfortable in a lighter body.
✨️✨️✨️
My goal is muscle and energy!

‼️✂️How I cut weight✂️‼️

•🌱 I focused on WHOLE Foods and plant protein sources.

•💪🏽 I didn't eat less, but I did eliminate FILLER Foods (heavily processed options, pointless carbs and non beneficial "foods")...Meaning, if I consumed it, there was a reason)

•🪾 I Focused on Fiber just as much as Protein because BOTH are equally as important!
•💪🏽 I moved my body EVERYDAY!

*🚶🏾‍♀️Walk x 7days
*🏃🏽‍♀️Run x 2days

• 😴 You HAVE to get enough SLEEP(especially if you're over 35)
•💦 Proper hydration is key 🔑!!!

Easy Strawberry Cupcakes

🎂 Cake Mix
🥑 1/2 C Avocado Oil
🥛 1 C Plant Milk
🍎 1 C Applesauce
🥥 1 T Plant Yogurt
🍰 1 T Cheesecake Pudding Mix

- Combine all ingredients and mix/beat well.
- Distribute evenly into a Cupcake or Cake Pan.
- Bake on 350°F for 25mins
- Let cool for 10mins
- Remove and Frost

🌱 Cauliflower (washed)
🍗 Chicken Flavoring
🧅 Granulated Onion
🧄 Granulated Garlic
🍗 Kinders Grilled Chicken Seasoning
🌽 Corn Starch
🍤 Tempura Batter
💧 Water for mixing
🥑 Avocado Oil (for cooking/frying)

Homemade Plantbased Snickers

All I know is...

🚫‼️No Measurements‼️🚫

Base
• 💪🏽 .organic protein (code: FINEAPPLEVEGAN)
• 🌰 Almond Flour
• 🥜 Peanut Butter
• 🍁 Maple Syrup

Caramel
• 🍮 Dates
• 🍦Vanilla paste
• 🧂Pinch of Pink Salt

Chocolate Coating
• 🍫 Dark Chocolate
• 🥥 Coconut Oil
• 🌱 Splash of Soy Milk

‼️‼️‼️

• Combine Base Ingredients, then press evenly into a rectangle dish.
• Soak Dates in hot water for 5-10mins, drain and blend with vanilla and pinch of salt until smoothe.
• Spread Caramel on top of Base evenly.
• Sprinkle lots of peanuts on top of Caramel.
• Place into the freezer for about an hour.
• Once Frozen, slice into preferred bar size.
• Melt your Chocolate, Coconut oil and Soy milk together until creamy.
• Coat your bars in the Chocolate and then place on Parchment paper.
• Sprinkle extra salt on top (optional)
• Allow to harden and ENJOY
