Wenesday 3-23-11 The menu will consist of smothered pork chops, meatloaf, mac-n-cheese, mashed potatoes, greens ,cabbage, corn bread, chocolate cake, homemade peach cobbler. Another week gone and another week already here,my past week was a good week and expecting this week to be better. Without God nothing is possible, but with God all things are possible, all one has to do is be obedient to God,remember God gives seed to the sower. We need to help someone everyday by planting a seed in their lives not to those you know, step outside your box. There is a HARVEST to reap if you plant!!!!

Like many humble beginnings, ours began in Big Mama's and Big Daddy's kitchen. Our grandmother was full of LOVE and full of soul. As she passed down life's lessons in the kitchen, she also passed down her mouth watering recipies.
Now we share these tasty meals with everyone who hungers for a little SoulFood.
