🦁🔥 A NEW CHAPTER IS BEGINNING...
To our Simple Concept Catering family:
We have some exciting news to share.
For years, Simple Concept Catering has given us the opportunity to do something we genuinely love — bring people together through food and hospitality.
We've catered celebrations, weddings, corporate events, church gatherings, family milestones and countless other moments around the table.
And through all of it, one verse has remained at the heart of what we do:
✝️ “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
That isn't changing.
In fact, we're dreaming bigger because of it.
🔥 We're building Judah's Smokehouse. 🦁
Judah's is the next chapter of a vision that has been growing through our years in catering and hospitality.
The dream is to eventually build a North Texas restaurant bringing together Texas BBQ, Tex-Mex, hand-cut steaks and Southern comfort food in a place centered around faith, family, community and genuine hospitality.
And at the heart of it is a mission we care deeply about:
🍽️ BRING FAMILIES BACK TO THE TABLE.
We want to create a place where families gather, friends become family, communities connect, celebrations happen, people are served well, and great food gives everyone another reason to stay around the table.
So what happens to Simple Concept Catering?
For now — nothing.
We're still Simple Concept Catering.
We're still catering.
We're still serving our customers.
And we're incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted us to be part of their event over the years.
Judah's isn't erasing that story.
Judah's is growing out of it.
Over time, as Judah's Smokehouse becomes a reality, you'll begin seeing more of that identity become part of what we do. Eventually, we anticipate transitioning fully into the Judah's brand.
But we're going to do that thoughtfully — not overnight.
And we'd love for the people who have supported Simple Concept Catering to be among the first people who follow what we're building next.
