Heart still thumpin' to a great dialogue and talk I had with many of my UMD students this evening on God the Son, Why God became Man, and Why that's a big deal. I love my students and I basically have one of the best jobs in the world.

Key Highlight:
At the Last Supper, Jesus and his disciples were celebrating Passover, a remembrance meal of how God's plague "passed over" those who sacrificed a Lamb's flesh and blood.
Jesus, though, changes the prayer that shocks his apostles:
"While they were eating, Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and giving it to his disciples said, “Take and eat; this is my body.” (Mt 26:26)
His BODY. Which is now the Eucharist we receive every Sunday. That we get to partake and consume.
