It’s been a while since we’ve shown our faces around here! May felt like a whirlwind, but hello from the family behind Sips & Co. ☕️🤍

We’re a husband-and-wife team, and we like to joke that Denton is the brain behind Sips while Madison is the personality. 😉

Fun fact: when we first started dating years ago, Denton didn’t even like coffee… or bacon. (I know. And I still married him! 😂)

Now, we often sit down together for breakfast with a good cup of coffee and some bacon and eggs. I cook my bacon to crispy perfection, while Denton prefers his chewy. 🤢 But hey, what a difference a good woman makes! 😉 We usually end up talking about our coffee business and dreaming about what’s next.

I’m Madison: the one corralling all the boys in this picture (yes, all three of them, including the big one 😂). They keep me running, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My dream is to bring a little beauty and sunshine into people’s day through our coffee shop. When I travel, I’m always looking for beautiful spaces and fun experiences, but more than anything, I pay attention to how people make me feel.

I’m not the one who wants to talk spreadsheets or deadlines… I like to keep things light, fun, and pretty. But boss man Dent? He can talk details, numbers, and systems all day long. 🤓 He loves the behind-the-scenes stuff and can completely nerd out over it.

One thing we both love? Crafting drinks. Denton will dial in every detail down to the gram before a drink ever makes it onto the menu, and I make sure it tastes great and looks good enough for a picture. 📸✨

We hope you enjoy getting to know us a little better. We truly love meeting you, serving you, and sharing this wild ride with all of our customers and our amazing employees. (Shoutout to our girls—they are literally the best. 🫶🏼)

We love Jesus, coffee, and people, and we hope you can feel that every time you stop by- from the way you’re treated to the quality of the drink in your hand.

Why do our Small and Medium drinks both have two shots?

Our sizing and espresso ratios were chosen with care to create a balanced flavor in every cup.

Both our Small and Medium drinks come with a double shot of espresso, but the Medium contains about 4 extra ounces of milk (or your milk alternative of choice). That means the espresso flavor will be slightly more mellow in a Medium, while a Small may taste a bit stronger and more coffee-forward.

If you ever feel that your favorite drink is a little too strong, one of the easiest ways to customize it is by changing the size. In fact, that’s exactly what I do sometimes!

Other ways to customize your drink include:

* Adding an extra shot of espresso for a stronger coffee flavor
* Adjusting the sweetness level to your preference

One thing we don’t recommend is changing the amount of ice. Our recipes are designed with a specific ice-to-drink ratio to ensure the best flavor and consistency. Reducing the ice can throw off that balance and may make the drink taste different than intended.

We love helping you find your perfect drink, so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations or customizations!
