We will showcase adults with disabilities that are actively looking for gainful employment to potential employers in our community. A reverse job fair is a controlled setting that allows for candidate empowerment, an ability to practice real in-person interviews, resume development, and the possibility of employment!

Our second in command.. Ivy or how our Taylor would name her "boss lady".

Ivy always comes in with a big coffee in hand, pushes those around her to be their best, and loves cheering on the victories in our kitchen.

Commonly being confused as one of the Smith children, she has only been with the SliceAbility family for a year, but fits right in! Ivy is tenacious for accessibility, advocacy, and inclusivity.
