Wide Rack Outfitters

Wide Rack Outfitters Trophy Whitetail Deer and Turkey Hunts Located in Gallia County which is in South Eastern Ohio's Big Buck Country. We are a small “ARCHERY ONLY” outfitter.

We are approximately two hours south of Columbus, Ohio. We own, manage and hunt a core area of approximately 3000 acres. We will take up to six hunters per week. We have been practicing and implementing a Quality Deer Management Program here at Widerack since 1996. We request you only harvest deer that will score a minimum of 125 inches gross Pope and Young. We began taking archery clients in 2002

. We have not and will not over hunt our area. Multiple food plots, minerals and feeding stations are managed year round for the deer and turkey.

100 + of our clients have been able to harvest their biggest archery buck here at Wide Rack Outfitters. We promise our Our Archers that each time you hunt one of our spots the possibility exists for you to take a buck of a lifetime, because they live here. First time hunters, children and handicapped sportsmen and women are welcome.

Going old school this year! I guess that would be old school for an old guy! My Taxidermist Bill Mason tells me he guesses I won’t be bringing him anything to mount this year! 😂 Time will tell Bill!🏹🦌🙏🇺🇸

Long time, Client and friend Kurt Miller was fortunate enough to harvest this beautiful 12 point ,split brow tine, 160 inch plus Pope & Young buck! This makes three bucks over 150 inches that Kurt has harvested with us here at Wide Rack outfitters! Kurt, once again you were blessed  with a magnificent 100% fair Chase archery trophy! Time to plant those Hiddy-Hole harvest plots!
8 ton of lime spread! Need rain after the planting! Also time to plant the clover fields mixed with oats! With a a little rain these fields will flourish this Fall into winter! They will be a beautiful Kelly Green come early Spring! Just perfect for turkey season🏹🦃 Outfitting ain’t easy! But it sure is fun! I always say, leave it better than the way you found it! Hard work pays off!
