Ok folks, this went better than we thought. To all of you who missed out this weekend, LaCruda Brand BBQ is letting me come back next weekend so we can run three specialty pizzas for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Texas Tw***ie which is brisket, jalapeños, bacon, and cream cheese atop a LaCruda signature BBQ sauce and red sauce blend, a garlic parmesan white sauce with brisket, jalapeño, bacon, and cream cheese, and a white sauce with turkey, bacon, and jalapeños. Thanks again to Lacruda Brand BBQ and everyone who showed up, this has been a lot of fun!

Hello everyone! Soooo excited for the collab with LaCruda Brand BBQ! I will be prepping the trailer to move to LaCruda Wednesday and will not be open. I will have the normal pizza menu Thursday, and will have the specials Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I imagine, these pizzas may become legends overnight! I can’t wait to see who shows up. 😁

I apologize for not updating everyone yesterday, the rain collapsed my easy up canopy onto my generator and my generator shut down. I had to close for the day. Today I will be sending pizzas next door the Charme by Nee from 2:30pm-until I run out. So if you’d like to try a slice, stop by Charme by Nee and I will resume normal(ish) hours tomorrow. Thanks a bunch and see you soon!
