Had some leftover jerk chicken from last night, made for a super jersey chicken salad for dinner. Ingredients:
Fresh romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, fresh corn, stuffed olive with garlic, boiled eggs, avocado, Catalina & thousand Island salad dressing, a pinch if apple cider vinegar and the best jerk chicken to touch a tongue!
