TONIGHT & FRIDAY SPECIAL: We don’t even know what to call it. Super-good-fun times burger? Honolulu Jack? Tropical Stinker? Anyway: Our 1/2lb patty on homemade sourdough/brioche bun from Lost Creek Essentials, pepper-jack cheese, pineapple chutney, bacon, pickled elephant garlic, & bacon aioli. Summer Squash Salad. An arugula salad with roasted zucchini, bacon, basil, goat cheese, pepitas, & bee pollen. Grilled boneless chicken thigh. Agave, tarragon, & tahini vinaigrette. On special through the week. The air quality is not great, but the seasonal vegetables are!
