Fresh sandwich selections are available at Southern Craft Creamery Market!

Turkey, Swiss & cranberry mayo, yellow mustard and spinach on multigrain bread.

Roast beef, Muenster and garlic mayo, stone ground mustard and spinach on multigrain bread.

There are a limited number of sandwiches without condiments.

Turkey, Swiss, butterhead lettuce, tomato, bread & butter pickles on a hoagie roll.

Fresh chicken salad made with roasted chicken breast, grapes, apples, celery, purple onion, salt, garlic in a light mayo lime dressing.

Happy Monday, foodies!

There are fresh sandwiches at Southern Craft Creamery Market!

It seems the “no condiment” sandwiches were a good call…so as long as they’re moving I’ll keep making them.🤗

I made a fresh batch of pasta salad which is a whole meal in itself…
…made with tri-color rotini pasta, diced ham, fresh cucumber, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots and celery in a fresh made ranch dressing with a splash of lime!

Available in 8oz, 16oz and 32oz sizes.

Happy Tuesday, foodies!

So….
I have recently received some feedback about what you guys want.
Apparently, not everyone wants condiments on their sandwiches.

Today I made a few plain (meat, cheese, spinach and bread only)

There are condiments available in containers if it’s a matter of not wanting the the bread soggy. I’ve also included a small wooden spoon for spreading. Both at no additional charge.

Understanding that some will not want to have to dress their own sandwiches in the car, I am continuing to offer sandwiches fully dressed with flavored mayos.

For those who don’t care for the flavors, I’ve provided plain mayo and mustard in containers as well.

I will do this as long as items are selling consistently.

Chunky chicken salad is back at Southern Craft Creamery Market!
Roasted chicken breasts, grapes, apples, celery and purple onion in a light mayo lime dressing.

There’s also some sweet & creamy coleslaw with green & purple hand cut cabbage, carrots and a sweet/tangy celery seed dressing.

Pasta salad with penne regate, roasted red bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, carrots, basil paste, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
