❤️❤️❤️A Personal Announcement ❤️❤️❤️
To my Crossroads Catering Company family — my customers, friends, family, and everyone who has supported my business along the way,
I have some personal news that I want to share with you. I have recently been diagnosed with invasive mammary carcinoma (breast cancer).
I won’t pretend that hearing those words wasn’t scary. It is a journey I never expected to take, but I also know one thing for certain: I am not taking it alone.
I have an ARMY behind me — my family, my friends, my Crossroads family, and so many people who love and support me. And that army is going to help me keep doing what I love.
Crossroads Catering Company is NOT closing. ❤️
We will continue serving our customers, catering your weddings, celebrations, parties, showers, reunions, and all of the special moments you trust us to be part of.
There may be days when I have to step back, rest, or let my amazing team carry a little more of the load. But I want you to know this: the same familiar hands and hearts you already know and trust will still be the ones behind your events. The people stepping in are the very same team who have always stood beside me in the kitchen and on-site — the ones who already know our standards, our recipes, our style, and the level of care we put into every single event. So while I may not be physically present at every moment, the quality, love, and consistency you expect from Crossroads will remain exactly the same.
I have spent years building Crossroads Catering, and I am not about to let cancer take that away from me.
So please don’t look at this announcement as a goodbye. Look at it as an announcement that I’m going into battle — and I’ve got one heck of an army standing beside me. 💪❤️
I also want to share that I have appointments scheduled this upcoming week with my oncology team as we begin mapping out the next steps in my treatment. I will continue to keep everyone updated as I move through this process, and I am so grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
Thank you for every order, every referral, every kind word, every prayer, every hug, and every bit of support you’ve given me and my business.
I’m going to fight this, keep cooking, keep loving my people, and keep doing what I do best.
Crossroads Catering Company isn’t going anywhere. And neither am I. ❤️
With love,
Andrea
