It's a southern showdown tonight with the Atlanta Falcons heading down to Louisiana to play the New Orleans Saints in an NFC South division rivalry matchup. So to celebrate, we're rolling out our peach margarita tonight only. Yep it is Monday margarita night along with our RKL BBQ ribs. You'll be forgiven for thinking your were down on the bayou until you step outside.

It's Friday night and we're rolling out our weekly special. Tonight it is Chicken Marsala - a dish of chicken escalopes in a Marsala w**e sauce. It is a variation of a traditional Italian scaloppina dish, served on whipped potatoes and a side of green beans. Dinner kicks off at 4pm today so get here early before we run out.

Wednesday night is skilled fried chicken night at the Rocky K**b Lodge. We serve up four pieces of chicken dusted in our secret Summer seasoning, and then fry it up in beef tallow for a deep, golden, crispy coating. You'll get all of that, plus whipped potatoes, green beans and hot honey sauce....all for just $26. We'll pack up the leftovers for you so that midnight snack will be there waiting for you.

Our first Friday night special: a hearty plate of beef stroganoff made with prime rib slowly braised into a rich, savory sauce, served with egg noodles and topped with sour cream. Old school Friday night dinner specials are coming to this side of of the valley so stay tuned for more roadhouse favorites to come.

We rolled out our RKL Fried Chicken tonight to test it with our friends. A little tweaking still to do, but next week will be our official kickoff of Fried Chicken Wednesdays. Every Wednesday night, half a bird with two sides and a little hot honey to spice things up a bit All for just $26. Mark your calendar.

Monday night needs an upgrade. We've got the Broncos and the Chiefs in the bar, along with this special Marion Barry Blended Margarita with real berries, Espolon tequila, lime, triple sec and a little agave.
