Naughty Fam, I have a question - because I'm baffled. If you have had a past genuine issue with our food, you know that I take it insanely seriously. I not only do my best to address it directly with you, but also with my staff and leadership to ensure it isn't repetitive.

We're human, after all - believe it or not!

So... why wait days/weeks/months/year(s) to bring up past issues? Don't get me wrong - if it has to do with our service and I don't find it aggregious/out of the norm, I am less serious, but food complaints!? That's what matters!

If we don't know about an issue... how can we make it right/fix it? PLEASE understand, we want NOTHING more than for everyone to walk away happy. The price of our rolls cannot be helped - prices are crazy and we're basically hemorrhaging on our end to avoid raising our prices to what they *should* be. Quality & proper portions, though? We need to know.

Out of respect for ALL food establishments worldwide... please be direct with us/them. In our case, my personal phone # is on this page. The email goes directly to me. The messages pop up immediately for me. This phone is (unfortunately) in my hand 24/7 to manage you crazies so PLEASE... be direct. It helps all involved - us and you!
