We're gonna miss the man standing in the middle. But Bo was no middle man. As the epicenter & driving force of our Events team, he took a chance on Dirty Frank's 5 years ago & built something really special with us. His 2 bosses had just signed a contract with the Columbus Crew and Levy to build out & run a two-sided concession stand at the new stadium. We had no idea what we were doing and he had no idea we were crazy. πŸ™ƒ Unsuspecting Bo hopped on our hot dog train and we went full steam ahead. What a ride it's been.

Our food truck spot in 2021 was a garage turned kitchen with a 24" prep table for a desk and no A/C. We've since opened 4 stadium locations, gone interstate in our food truck, slung wieners at the best music festivals this side of the Mississippi, built a catering arm, and expanded to a full blown commissary with actual offices. Bo built a team that could go from 5 people to 50 in a day, depending on how many events we had over committed ourselves to. He also worked with Dirty Frank's non-profit partners to staff our concession stands so we could give back to Columbus, who's already given us so much.

Bo, it's been the highest honor working & growing with you. We'll miss your affinity for MalΓΆrt, cats, & SAT words, as well as your disdain for hugs, cheesy music, & bad grammar. We hope to forever make you proud & wish you well on your next adventure. πŸ’›
