Dear Breakfast Enthusiasts:

Ruben Guzman owns rights to own and operate this Brand in Central Ohio. On November 20, 2015, we signed a development agreement with The Original Pancake House® and life hasn’t slowed down since. Our two restaurants, in Upper Arlington and Westerville are absolutely beautiful. They were both custom designed by Bass Studio Architects, who did a great job realizing our vision. Our construction partner Arccon, executed the build to perfection in our second location at Polaris Parkway. We are currently building our third location at Hamilton Quarter Center located at Hamilton Parkway and HWY 161. Our great Team of peolple love to work here every day, all that’s left is for you to come taste the Goodness of the Original Pancake House® for yourself!
