Check out these monster dino ribs I smoked up! 🦖 In Texas, these bad boys are a BIG deal—huge beef short ribs that could feed a whole family (or just me, no judgment!). The smoky bark and juicy, tender meat are pure BBQ royalty down in Texas. Took hours to perfect, and it was worth every second.

Good ol liquid gold. Smoked beef tallow. I can't wait to make some fried potatoes with this.
