Todays lunch / dinner was fried fish ( choice of catfish , whiting or tilapia ) with a side of green beans and potato’s , baked beans and Mac n cheese ! I cook every Tuesday-Thursday be on the lookout for the Menu !

Todays dinner is chipotle barbecue ribs& rib tips (bbq chicken breast ) macaroni and cheese, kale greens w/ smoked turkey necks and candied yams. With yeast dinner rolls on the side!
