I call this one The Leftover Legend, because nothing says “kitchen wizardry” like turning odds and ends into something worth wiping your plate for.
Warm, melty, and grilled to crispy perfection, this sandwich is proof that you don’t need a fancy grocery list to eat really well.

Hey y’all, it’s Chloe!
If you’ve been around since the MuleTown Meals days, you might be wondering where I disappeared to...
Back then, I was running a protein-packed meal prep biz out of Columbia, TN, working hard to keep your fridge stocked and your weeknights easier.
Business was booming... until it wasn’t.
In January of 2021, we lost our kitchen rental pretty much overnight…no warning, no time to pivot. I had to close that chapter before I was ready. Honestly, it broke my heart a little.
Since then, life’s taken a few turns.
Q (my husband) got orders, and we packed up everything we knew and moved to Hawai’i. 🌺
It’s been a little lonely, a little breathtaking, and a lot different.
But somewhere in that weird in-between, I found myself cooking again. Slower. Softer. More intentional.
Which brings me here —
After so many recipe requests from friends and family, I started a blog:
Cookin’ with CoCo
It’s where I’ll be sharing cozy, seasonal recipes and stories that feel like home.
A lot less macros & muscle meals.
Just buttery biscuits and a whole lotta heart (don’t worry, still plenty of protein if that’s your thing 😉).
