☀️ Meet Theresa — the heart behind Luce del Sole Catering.

For Theresa, cooking has always been about more than making great food. It’s about family, tradition, gathering around the table, and taking care of people.

Growing up in Colts Neck, her love of cooking began in her home kitchen alongside her mom and eventually grew into what is now Luce del Sole Catering.

Today, you’ll find Theresa doing what she loves. Creating delicious offerings for everything from intimate family celebrations and holidays to corporate events, community organizations, large scale events, and backstage catering.

No matter the occasion, her goal remains the same: make it delicious, make it personal, and make your event as easy as possible so you can sit back and enjoy it.

We thought it was time you got to know the woman behind our food. 🤎☀️

What an incredible day at the Colts Neck Polo Match! 🐎✨

Luce del Sole Catering was so happy to be a part of this amazing event hosted by the Colts Neck Business Assoc. Even a little rain couldn’t take away from a day filled with great food, great company, and an incredible community.

We love local events like these that bring everyone together. Thank you to the CNBA and everyone who helped make the day such a success!
