We have lots of “when are you going to be open?” And I know yall need your BBQ fix, I want to open too! Thank you for being patient!
Joe has been working so hard with the help of others to get done.

One thing I want to mention too is, it will be a while before we have our set days to be open. We have to hire a pitmaster or two. So if you are wanting to learn the art of running our pits and have a passion for that, let’s chat!

One last thing. We will be open for Colstrip Days out of the food truck! So stop by and say hello and grab you some BBQ!

If you smell bbq, yes we are cooking. We have a big catering job the next 2 weeks. Also, building is coming along and hope to have it done for Colstrip Days! We also hope to get you all a pop up soon!

I know it would be a good day to be open! Soon yall! We are working hard at getting this building ready. Joe has been working every minute he’s not at his job. We are excited for this new step in our business! Thank you all for your enthusiasm, encouragement and patience!
