Thanks for the Memories North Idaho! ❤️
Spent 40 years in North Idaho and Cherish every Minute!
Now is time for the next chapter! I am so Thankful for all the friends I made, and family I have still there. lets be honest were family and always will be.
As far as Left Coast Fusion Truck goes everything is Officially sold and I know the new owners are going to do fantastic with their new concepts. I can't thank North Idaho enough for allowing me to live a DREAM. I never thought in 6 years we could grow the company from a single little food truck to an 8 time award winning Business with 2 food trucks,a restaurant Stellas on the Hill, and a huge catering business. So Thankful. It allowed me to live a dream of passion and now we are going to make it live on by starting all new businesses with the funds! 🙏🙏
We have big plans for Maine and I cannot tell you just how excited I am to get to my gorgeous Wife and kids! Much sacrifice this summer with having them there for over a month without me. Love and cherish each and everyone I have in my life! I mean it when I say I am truily thankful every single day! 🤟

Its time to say Goodbye,

We will be Celebrating 6 years as a Company come June 3rd, it has been an absolute Dream come true for me as a Chef, to Own and Operate this business. We have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. We have managed to earn 8 awards in 6 years of operating the Food Trucks and Catering business. So when I say we LOVE what we do, I mean it. Our Company is growing, and keeps getting busier and busier with each passing year so we really couldn't be Happier!
That all being said, its time to follow another dream of ours. We are making huge moves. Literally, we are closing the business(selling), and moving our family to the great state of Maine. We have some amazing land opportunities, business options we want to pursue, and plain and simple the Dream is even bigger and the time is now.
We will be Closing the Best Avenue location May 13th. We will Continue to Cater 100's of events the rest of the year, and of Course 1 more Fantastic Summer of Serving Stellas on the Hill. So Please come see us for the next 3 weeks at Best Avenue, and then All Summer long on the Hill!
