Hi Everyone,

There will be a Hope & Coffee Hope & Coffee - Coatesville Advisory Committee meeting tomorrow at 7:00 PM via Zoom.

Message or email us with a request for the link if you would like to attend.

This meeting will be an important one. The main agenda is to begin transitioning program management from me to the advisory team or anyone interested in stepping into a Program Manager or other leadership role. We’ll also use this time to:

Answer any questions you may have about the role, our mission, and ongoing activities

Discuss how to move forward as an organization

Determine if we have the leadership and resources to continue — or if we need to begin planning for closure of the nonprofit

Your input is vital as we consider the next chapter for Hope & Coffee. If you have a passion for our mission or know someone who might be a great fit to lead, please join us.

Big News from Hope & Coffee Coatesville 💛

☕️As the Program Manager of Hope & Coffee Coatesville, this journey has meant more to me than words can express. I’ve had the honor of helping build a mission centered on recovery, connection, and community. Together, we’ve created something truly special — a place of hope, healing, and purpose.

✨️With both gratitude and a touch of sadness, I want to share that I will be stepping away from my role this August. This wasn’t an easy decision, but I believe it’s the right time for someone new to step in and carry this vision forward.

🤔We are now actively seeking a passionate, driven individual who feels called to lead this mission into its next chapter. If you or someone you know has a heart for recovery, community development, and nonprofit leadership — we would love to hear from you.

☕️Hope & Coffee Coatesville is more than a program. It’s a movement. And it needs a leader who believes in second chances, in showing up for people, and in building a better tomorrow and updating the business plan to make it work in small steps forward. We have the owner of the location willing to hold the place for us for 3 months while we search for a new Program Manager.

📅 If you're curious to learn more or have questions, we invite you to attend our next Advisory Committee Meeting on the second Monday of August at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. This meeting is open to anyone interested in getting involved or learning more about the mission and its next steps and potentially stepping into this lead role. Please note that is a volunteer role that you may be able to move into a paid position as the mission gets funded.

🎉 What an AMAZING afternoon ! 🎉

Our Bingo Fundraiser was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more thrilled by the outpouring of support. With laughter echoing through the hall and friendly competition at every table, so much fun was had by all—and together we raised $3,700 for our mission of normalizing recovery! 💚✨
