Happy New Year!
Hello everyone, my name is Daniela and I’m from Italy 🇮🇹 where my Mom and I ran our own bakery Deli for almost 30 years.
I live in Coarsegold now and I usually sell my goodies at different places (Fairs and Artisan Markets). January and February are not great months for selling outdoors so I decided to do something that I love as much as baking…. Sharing with you the authentic culinary Italian tradition and culture.
Here is the calendar and prices for my next several cooking classes. They will be at my home or, if you are a group of 6 or more, we can arrange for me to come to your home!
During the classes everyone will prepare something to take home and we will also taste what we make together. There will also be some Italian appetizers and focaccia that you can taste and experience the difference between the Authentic Italian Food and the misconception about it. Bring Your Own Drink and enjoy the class.

Fresh Pappardelle with Authentic Ragù alla Bolognese and Authentic Alfredo Fettuccine
$85 per person

Authentic Eggplant Parmigiana and Bruschetta with homemade sourdough bread

The Cappon Magro ( this is a delicious recipe typically served during the holidays in the region where I am from but it became popular all over Italy 🇮🇹). It is made with white fish ( I use cod here because it’s my favorite) and shrimps and veggies and homemade our famous green sauce.

February Saturday 10 and Sunday 11
Ravioli and walnut sauce!!! We will make ricotta and spinach ravioli and the delicious walnut sauce and it will be a blast 💥! It’s so so good!!!
