🌮🔥 CLOVIS — SABORCITO IS OPEN, COOKING, AND SERVING AT THE TIRE SHOP ON 7TH STREET LIKE NORMAL! 🔥🌮

We've been talking about finding Saborcito a permanent home, so we want to clear up one important thing:

👉 YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEW LOCATION TO EAT.

Until that permanent spot is ready, Saborcito will continue serving at the tire shop on 7th Street like normal.

Same truck.
Same people.
Same food.
Same flavor. ❤️

And if you haven't looked at this menu yet… you might want to eat before you keep reading. 😂

🌮 TACOS — Asada, adobada, al pastor, pollo, birria, brisket, buche or tripas with onion, cilantro, lime and salsa.

🥪 TORTAS — Loaded with your choice of meat, lettuce, tomato, avocado and onion, plus fries.

🌯 BURRITOS — Your choice of meat with onion and cilantro.

🔥 CALIFORNIA BURRITO — Meat, beans, rice, salad, pico de gallo, guacamole and crema all wrapped together.

🍔 BURGERS — Mexican, Hawaiian or Ranchera, served with fries.

🌭 MEXICAN HOT DOGS — Two bacon-wrapped hot dogs with pico de gallo, avocado and fries.

🥙 PORK-LEG TOSTADAS

🌯 CRISPY FLAUTAS with beans, rice and salad.

🧀🔥 QUESABIRRIAS — Crispy tortillas packed with birria and melted cheese, served with consommé, onion, cilantro, lime and salsa.

And then there's this...

🍕🔥 BIRRIA PIZZA.

Birria. Melted cheese. Two tortillas. Cut into pieces and served with consommé, salsa and roasted chile.

Yeah... read that one twice. 🤤

📍 WHERE DO YOU FIND SABORCITO RIGHT NOW?

👉 At the tire shop on 7th Street — like normal.

📲 Message SABORCITO directly on Facebook
📞 Call (575) 999-1741

They're still looking forward to getting into a permanent location where Saborcito can plant roots and grow, but until that happens:

THE GRILL IS HOT. THE FOOD IS READY. AND SABORCITO IS STILL SERVING CLOVIS. 🌮🔥

So don't drive around wondering where they went.

Head over to the tire shop on 7th.

And if you know somebody who hasn't tried Saborcito yet?

👉 Tag them. Share this. Bring them with you.

❤️ SUPPORT LOCAL. EAT LOCAL. HELP LOCAL BUSINESSES GROW.

🌮🔥 CLOVIS… SABORCITO IS STILL COOKING, STILL SERVING, AND ONLY MISSING ONE THING: A PERMANENT PLACE TO PUT DOWN ROOTS. 🔥🌮

But while we find that place…

The griddle is still hot. The birria is still ready. And the flavor hasn’t gone anywhere. 😋

So be careful… because reading any further might make you hungry.

🥪 TORTAS — Asada, adobada, al pastor, chicken, birria, brisket, ham, buche, tripas, or pork leg. Lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion if you want it… and fries.

🌯 BURRITOS — Your favorite meat with onion and cilantro.

🌯 CALIFORNIA BURRITO — Big, generously served, and loaded with your choice of meat, beans, rice, salad, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.

🌮 TACOS — Asada, adobada, al pastor, chicken, birria, brisket, buche, or tripas. Onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa.

Already thinking about which one you’d order?

Wait… there’s more. 👀🔥

🍔 MEXICAN BURGER
🍍 HAWAIIAN BURGER
🌶️ RANCHERA BURGER
🌭 MEXICAN HOT DOGS
🥙 PORK-LEG TOSTADAS
🌯 CRISPY FLAUTAS

And now we get to the dangerous part… 😂

🧀🔥 QUESABIRRIAS.

Crispy golden tortillas filled with birria and melted cheese, served with consommé, onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa.

But we still have one more…

🍕🔥 BIRRIA PIZZA.

Two tortillas filled with birria and cheese, cut into portions and served with birria consommé, salsa, and a roasted chile.

Read that again.

Birria. Cheese. Consommé.

Now picture yourself grabbing a piece, dipping it into that consommé, and taking that first bite. 🤤🔥

Hungry yet?

Then don’t wait until we find our permanent location.

📲 Send us a message directly on Facebook.
📞 Call (575) 999-1741.

Ask where we are, what’s available, and how to place your order.

❤️ AND CLOVIS, THIS IS WHERE WE COULD ALSO USE YOUR HELP.

Saborcito is looking for a permanent location with good visibility and enough room to grow.

If you have property, own a business with available space, know of a good location, or know the person who might have exactly what we’re looking for, send us a message.

Maybe you don’t have the location.

But somebody who sees the post you share might.

🌮 Share it.
❤️ Support local.
📍 Help us find our home.

Because Saborcito isn’t saying goodbye to Clovis.

Saborcito is just looking for the right place to put down roots. 🌱🌮🔥
