So a customer told me about the Drumstick Jalapeño Popper yesterday and it’s been haunting since and I could not sleep until I made this my way lol. I wanted to make it more user friendly for the customer so what we have here is the Smoked Chicken Jalapeño Popper Ball. It has Smoked chicken , a blend of cheeses, Cream Cheese, bacon ,green onions ,Sautéed Jalapeños and some small cubed potatoes for texture ,dredged in flour, egg and then rolled in Panko. Fry them up golden brown and drizzled with the Hot Honey or Dip it in Ranch. Yes I just made these at 11:30 tonight. If I made you hungry it is Not my fault lol. These are Not for sale just yet this is just a trial run. Lyssa Smart you get one for free since you shared the idea so come to the food truck Friday 👨🏽‍🍳
